Five workshops and twenty pitches later, the panel and the Nordic Accelerator team reached the final decision. The selection process was enriched by insights from Minc Incubator, Cleantech Scandinavia, Lund Innovation, 6AM Accelerator, Novozymes, Emerging and SustainableInsight.
Among the ten start-ups that were selected to enter Stage I of the Nordic Accelerator. Three will be coached from Lund University Innovation. These are:
- Helios Innovations develops a new desalination method to make heavy industries self-sustaining in their water usage
- Lupinta AB replaces imported soy products with environmentally friendly and locally farmed lupin products
- Snömoln i Norden AB cultivates a data-driven marketplace between buyers and suppliers within the food industry
- Tebrito upcycles low value biomass into high-quality protein in a circular and sustainable way
Four promising startups that we will hear a lot more about in the future.
