Participating in Climate-KICs innovation projects is a great opportunity for researchers at Lund University. For start-ups and entrepreneurs there are also plenty of opportunities.

Climate-KIC supports innovation projects initiated by partners that have relevance for climate change mitigation or adaptation. There are several different support forms for these projects and there are several calls every year. More about the innovation projects for partner organisations under Innovation Projects to the left.
Climate-KIC also supports startups that have relevant business ideas for climate change mitigation or adaptation. More about startup and entrepreneur support under Entrepreneurship Projects to the left.

Climate-KIC also runs different flagship projects. Examples of these are the Building Technologies Accelerator (BTA), the Low Carbon City Lab (LoCaL), Enabling Co2 Reuse (EnCo2re) and Smart Sustainable Districts (SSD). Together with other partners, Lund University is currently involved in the flagship project Enaeling Co2 Reuse (EnCo2re).
